William Winkenwerder Jr., MD
Dr. William Winkenwerder Jr. is the Chairman and CEO of Winkenwerder Strategies, a healthcare advisory and investment firm. He is an influential and very well recognized leader in American healthcare, with experience in medical care, healthcare finance and health insurance operations.

As the Chief Executive Officer since 2005, Rizwan Koita drives CitiusTech’s worldwide business, growth strategy and healthcare technology innovation. Under his leadership, CitiusTech has become one of the fastest growing healthcare technology solutions providers, serving more than 120 leading healthcare organizations worldwide.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Jagdish Moorjani leads CitiusTech’s global services delivery team of over 4,000 healthcare technology professionals and accompanying support functions. The team is responsible for the execution of all projects and services delivered by CitiusTech to its clients worldwide, and the development of CitiusTech’s own platforms and solutions. Under Mr. Moorjani’s leadership, CitiusTech has gained the reputation of being a high quality, trusted and innovative technology services partner with industry leading NPS and client satisfaction scores.
Pat Fry was the President and CEO of Sutter Health until his retirement in January 2016. He joined the Sutter organization in 1982 as an administrative resident at Sutter General Hospital in Sacramento, Calif. During his tenure, he worked his way up through the organization in increasingly responsible administrative positions both at the local affiliate and regional levels. Under his leadership, Sutter Health went on to become one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems.
Director & Audit Chair
Anne McGeorge is the former Managing Partner of Grant Thornton’s Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. She created the healthcare/life science practice for Grant Thornton and grew it to a $250 million global business in a little over ten years. Prior to Grant Thornton, Ms. McGeorge was a Partner at Deloitte and at Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. McGeorge has over 35 years of experience advising healthcare clients in all aspects of finance and transformational change, including strategy, M&A, joint ventures, financial statement audits, corporate restructuring, governance, talent acquisition, executive compensation, IRS matters and risk management. In addition to her role as Board of Director, Ms. McGeorge chairs the Audit Committee of CitiusTech.
Kosmo Kalliarekos is a Managing Director with Baring Private Equity. He has advised Baring Private Equity since 2004 and fully joined them in 2008. Mr. Kalliarekos chairs the fund’s Portfolio Management Committee and he is a member of the Exits & Liquidity Committee. He co-heads the education investment activities and is a senior member of the India investment team. Prior to joining Baring Private Equity, Mr. Kalliarekos was a founding member and Senior Partner of The Parthenon Group/EY, an advisory firm headquartered in Boston, USA. Mr. Kalliarekos serves on several boards of Baring Private Equity’s portfolio companies, including Nord Anglia Education, Hexaware Technologies and Prometric. He also serves on the boards of the Hong Kong International School and the American College of Greece.
Jimmy Mahtani is a Managing Director with Baring Private Equity. He has been with Baring Private Equity since 2006 and has led investments in IT services, financial services, infrastructure, education, and consumer goods companies. Previously, Mr. Mahtani has served as Vice-President at General Atlantic Partners (GAP). During his tenure at GAP, he was responsible for investments in technology and financial services sectors. Prior to that he has worked for Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York and Merrill Lynch in Washington D.C.
Hari Gopalakrishnan is a Managing Director with Baring Private Equity and invests in the technology and healthcare sectors. Mr. Gopalakrishnan joined Baring Private Equity in 2007 and is a founding member of its India business. Prior to joining Baring Private Equity, Mr. Gopalakrishnan worked in the private equity practice at New Vernon, a multi-strategy investment management firm. Previously, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
