Senior Sales Manager

Mumbai (Mindspace, Airoli / Powai)

Skills (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in Consultative selling of IT solutions (Healthcare Payer/ Provider/ Life sciences)
  • Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives

Lead sales activities for CitiusTech - targeting specific geography / client segment
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline  
  • Work with delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals
  • Visit clients onsite to present solutions & obtain approvals
  • Lead contract discussions / negotiations
  • Participate in trade shows / conferences
Manage multiple client relationships
  • Manage client relationships – including onsite review meetings at client site
  • Facilitate overall design and architecture with help of technical leads
  • Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship – including project definition, requirement gathering
Other areas of participation
  • Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities
  • Identify and develop specific market niche and Solutions
