Skills (Mandatory)
  • Strong background in business development / alliance management (managing strategic partnerships) / strategic marketing / corporate strategy
  • Participation in and/or leading strategic growth initiatives for the company – including market expansion, new solution / service launches etc.
  • Experience in market analysis, business plan development and execution for partnerships, joint ventures, collaborations, etc.
  • Experience in creating compelling content (PowerPoint presentations, documents) presenting company objectives and plans to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal etc.  to ensure a high degree of alignment to market needs and organizational objectives
  • Ability to understand overall business, revenue and profitability drivers
  • Excellent English communication skills (esp. written skills – ability to write independently)
  • Very strong analytical capabilities
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the IT industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree / MBA preferred)
 
Role
  • Reports to the Vice President – Corporate Development
  • Responsible for managing multiple channels for identifying and developing enterprise clients/accounts
  • Accountable for identifying and managing strategic partnerships with technology and go-to-market partners
  • Leads the negotiation process for potential commercial partnerships, collaborations, supply agreements, etc. in the Americas region
  • Supports new growth strategies for the company – including market expansion, new solution / service launches etc.
  • Works with senior management on commercial initiatives – pricing, profitability, contracting etc.
  • Understands customers business and marketplace issues, and explores potential opportunities for growth within and outside existing customer/partner relationships
