CitiusTech offers a flexible partnership model dictated by the
specific needs of individual clients. Our key guiding
principles in establishing partnership are:
-
Create a long-term partnership framework – rather than a
“project-based” relationship
-
Establish dedicated delivery teams for each client –
with full-time project managers and onsite / offsite team
members
-
Build client relationships in a phased manner – working
on well defined / discreet projects with measurable outcomes
-
Define and track key performance indicators
– performance, quality, time and costs
-
Establish strong communication and feedback mechanism to
build a healthy working relationship between client and
CitiusTech teams
-
Share healthcare domain and technology knowledge / best
practices with Clients team members and learn from their
experiences
-
Strive to consistently delivery high quality output on
time
CitiusTech Engagement Model

Typically, a CitiusTech engagement begins with an
interactive (onsite or web-based) partnership opportunity
assessment and planning workshop, that helps detail the
specific projects, timelines, resources and skills required
for each of the 3 key phases in the partnership:
-
Start Up Phase
The activities in this phase are designed to lay the
foundations for a high value lasting relationship. The
objective is to select activities that can best validate the
expected benefits of the relationship while maximizing the
probability of success and learning for both sides. Examples
of such activities include, migrating existing applications
to newer technology platforms, testing specific software
modules, developing targeted extensions to existing
solutions or integration of partner solutions.
This phase can last from a few weeks to three months.
-
Ramp Up Phase:
The objective of this phase is to scale the operations
and achieve benefits identified in the Start Up phase.
Projects are selected based on their ability to create a
significant market impact for a client and improve end
customer satisfaction. This phase involves scaling the team,
the infrastructure and solidifying operating processes to
create a seamless extended team. Examples of projects
include building new modules, creating a mirrored
development or testing team or establishing new business
processes.
-
Strategic Growth Phase:
Based on the successes and learning from the first two
phases, the objective of this phase is to create a fully
integrated long-term delivery model. We can also explore
other alternative long-term strategies including a
build-operate-transfer (BOT) model, joint-ventures, etc.
